CodeLynx, L.L.C. is a woman owned small business founded on September 30, 2003 by Elizabeth Heatley. Drawing on Beth’s twenty plus years of IT and code writing experience, the company initially provided custom software development, web application design, and consulting services. In October of 2004, Jeffrey Heatley joined the company full time. Jeff has over twenty years experience in the physical security industry, as system installer, design engineer, and project manager. In April of 2005 CodeLynx moved to 3297 Pacific Street in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property is a 2400 square foot office/warehouse complex.

The company currently has nine full time employees and one part time network engineer/consultant. At present the company revenue is focused in two main areas, the software development division directed by Beth and the security systems division directed by Jeff. The CodeLynx security division is also involved in equipment sales. CodeLynx is a Value Added Reseller for MDI access control systems and a Motorola Canopy Authorized Solutions Provider. CodeLynx is also a dealer for numerous other equipment manufacturers including, Panasonic CCTV, Pelco, Extreme CCTV, Code Blue Emergency Call Stations, Altronix Power Supplies, Middle Atlantic and Winsted technical furniture products, to name a few.

Security Systems Division

The Security Systems Division at CodeLynx provides services for every aspect of the physical security implementation process, from the initial consultation and design to the on site installation and maintenance. CodeLynx specializes in wireless broadband technology for CCTV and Access Control applications. A special service that we provide is the setup, integration, and testing of the customer systems in our lab prior to the installation in the field.
